Online payment between Standard Bank and Absa got lost.

On the 25 of August 2023 an amount of R500 was supposed to by paid on line from Standard Bank (Bothaville, Free State) to my Absa account. The Standard Bank account shows that the money was withdrawn but it did not reach my account. Twice Absa confirmed that no money from Standard Bank entered my Absa account. Standard bank keeps on telling my friend that they will come back to him, but to no avail!
