online banking sucks

new online banking does not work as it should, it does not allow printing of payment receipts at times, the old online baking worked flawless, dont know why they changed it, when i complain i get an automated response, and when i try to use the old site it wont let me, I get it, its been created for cell phone banking, which i will never do, have one for cell phone banking and one for computers, simple Make your stuff work before you put it online!
