Ongoing Problem with Home Loan

As of about 7 weeks ago I have been harassed by the Standard bank home loan department about apparently being in arrears with my home loan which I have had with them for the past 7 years.

I have been under debt review for approximately 3 years now where my home loan has been included in the agreement.

I have never defaulted on any of my payments and I do not understand the current situation in which I find myself.

I also find it curious that it is only my home loan that has had this problem and none of the other institutions that is part of this agreement.

I have numerous times contacted Debtsafe where they have assured me that the bank has not cancelled my arrangement. And that they are working on the matter.

The bank claims that I have not made my payment for March and therefore they cancelled my arrangement with them without further notice. Now I am in arrears of R8000.

My statements that I've received this year shows that I have made all payments and that I am not in arrears in any way or form.

I have also numerous times asked for the recordings of my telephonic conversations with the bank and not received any reply with regards to that.

I find this situation and the corresponding harassment intolerable and completely unacceptable. I would like to have this matter dealt with in the earliest possible instance.
