One way to earn admin fees....

I received an electronic credit card statement, with no transactions apart from bank charges.... for a credit card account that had been closed four years ago... On querying this I was told it was a systems error - ... but don't worry, the account has been closed... this for me was not good enough (the account was closed 4 years ago.. so how did this happen?). Had I changed my email address I would have had an active account that I knew nothing about? The potential for ***** in this instance is huge. There's an open credit card account that I may well have not had any idea about... <br> <br> I need a little more detailed explanation than \oops
