One Teller in the bank - Charlotte Maxeke - Bloemfontein

<p>I am just from the Charlotte Maxeke branch in Bloemfontein and there was one teller servicing 8 of us including the person being served. I tried to talk to the person I thought was in authority cause they kept going in and out of the coded door. She told me she will find out why that is the case but at the end of the day she went to the teller who was working alone, and nothing happened.</p> <p>Is it the Standard Bank culture in Bloemfontein to spend 30 minutes just to make a deposit? I could have used the ATM but I also had coins and needed to get inside the bank. I am visiting in Bloemfontein and I thought every Standard bank works the same way. I am very dissapointed.</p>
