One Staff Member Saves the Day

If it was not for Dineo Tsotetsi at the Standard Bank K90 branch in Boksburg, my husband and I would have both changed banks and not looked back. The service received from Standard Bank in the past 3 weeks have been lacking to say the least, but due to this particular lady going out of her way to resolve our issues, we will stay. This compliment & rating is for her only - not Standard Bank as a whole.
