One of the dumber banks
I go into Cavendish branch. There are ZERO people in the queue for the 2 tellers. 20 people in the queue for the 3 enquiries people. I ask the teller for a statement of my account. Joke of jokes: He says he can't give me one but enquiries or the AutoPlus ATM outside can! I go to the ATM and the queue had 10 people in it.
Definitely one of the dumber banks out there.
