Once business hs your money they don't care abt u

This might be a strange request but I feel that standard has a part to play. I recently bought a house through Standard Bank and tried to stop the transferring of money to the seller as we suspected that the house was not in the same condition when we have viewed the house. When we eventually moved into the house the house was broken down and a lot of things needed to fixed, electricity certificate was given but the electrical stuff was not sorted out, we still have not until today received our plumbing certificate. The plumber has been there but has not sorted out all the leaks. My question is how do you a point a transferring attorney? And I would also like for Standard Bank to investigate if there is any other clients with the same problem cause I know of another client that has also bought a house through Standard Bank and the SAME THING was done to her. Please before doing business with companies please see that they care about the persons needs and not just the money.
