Once again STD Bank is *******

Went into the Amanzimtoti branch, today the 03/02/2015, for the 4th time to sort out the same problem once again and when we walk in I asked the lady at the front if I can speak to the manager and she replies \that is me"with complete and utter arrogance. I then explain my frustration to her and she gives me the standard bank magic words \""you will have to wait for someone in line\"". Anyways we end up waiting behind two other people until 5pm and once the other people are gone the lady sees us waiting so she goes outside the bank by the atm's and starts talking to another guy. No one comes to help us and this is utter *******. I have not even explained everything in this post as it will be too long. All I am saying is that I will post every 5 days about standard bank until something is done about my problems so expect a good couple of complaints from me because Standard Bank is the ****pest bank i have ever dealt with!
