***** on my standard bank credit cart2

I want to report Standard bank ***** department because I was ****med out of R 30 000 on my standard bank credit cart in April 2024 and after 3 weeks of investigation they decided that they are not refunding me. It seemed like a inside job because all the sms'es looked legitimate. I send them all the evidence but even that did not help. I am 62 single mother and live on maintenance and have to provide for me and my son that struggles to get a job. I do not have the money to pay it back. What about the ****mers getting away?
