***** on my dads card

Two days ago, my dad received a sms from from standard bank informing him that purchases was being made by the apple store. Now my dad also is in position of his card. and when I got home I called the bank on his behalf and a case of ***** was open. I have the ref number. Because he is old I talk on his behalf, but he did also chat to the bank agent. Yet the bank still calls to confirm if it was him and not even a real person is call. You would think opening a case of ***** would make them realize it was not him.

All my dad does on that card is just make payments by the atm. He does not make purchases. This is the second time that something has happened to him. the last time money was taking from his debit card.

This is serious as he is a pensioner. I hope that this issue is resolved.
