Old staff with midlife crisis

The attitude staff from vosloorus have is disgusting! You stand in a que for hours with one person who looks like she’s pmsing and going through a midlife crisis assisting! When you get to the front just for a mate bank stamp I got told that I must wait till she’s done with the line(these are people behind me already) I ask politely if a stamp really has to take so long she looks at me funny and says she’s doing her job! How the hell is that when I have to wait an extra hour or even two as people kept coming in to get service? That dark woman with dreadlocks from the service desk needs to either retire or get trained! We did not hold a gun to her head to take her cv to the bank for work, she felt the need to get a job for her reasons and she must be dealt with. Her cranky acts and rude way of speaking to clients is unacceptable. I ended up having to go to katlehong and I was out wishing 5 minutes busy as it was but when my turn came I was attended till done
