Offer to purchase

Realnet advertised a property for Standard bank at R705k, there i am jumping on the offer and signing an offer to purchase. Now Realnet tells me that Standard Bank says i should sign another offer to purchase cause they didnt advertise with a correct amount. Is this even allowed?
