NUMERICAL/ARITHMETIC ERROR ON STATEMENT
Standard Bank has let me go through 3 levels of complaint escalation INSISTING that a Provisional Statement that is WRONG (ir THE NUMBERS DO NOT ADD UP) is quite fine to give to a client. ie, literally, my statement claims 1+2 = 2, and that is somehow OK.

02 Sept 2025, 12:15This issue remains unaddressed and the Bank's complete lack of interest is infuriating.
I have dealt with very helpful agents and front-office workers, who are simply being undermined by other departments in the Bank (in this case probably IT Product Management).

05 Sept 2025, 13:03 3 days later. No response. After a month and countless escalations: two very basic, reasonable issues cannot be solved:
(1) why does Snapscan and Zapper not work with Virtual credit cards despite the FAQs stating otherwise
(2) why do I have INCORRECT SUMS on my provisional statement - Product Managers cannot grasp the difference between a statement with a numerical error and a provisional statement
