Numbers that never been answered

When I chose standard bank for car finance I though they will take care of me , they reposed my car then gave me contact of people to make arrangement to but those numbers no one answers ,I called them for the pass two weeks no answer. Phoned standard bank to complain no one seem to be helping. Really will I ever going to be helped here? Just angry why I chose it.
