Numbers and emails not working

Hi, I have been trying to get ahold of standard bank for the past 3 days. The call centre number on your website does not ring through . I have also mailed the email address on the website with no response. My personal bankers telephone number does not exsist anymore and I am at lost for words. How do you get in contact with your bank for anything other than a ***** related query
