NP Legal1 unauthorised Payement.

Hello.

I have been getting an unauthorised debit order of R260+ from NP Legal1 for the past months, the amount of money this company has taken is close R49 000. I don’t know how standard bank authorised this because i don't remember authorising this debit order. Worse part it’s not reversible , i went to standard bank today and the consultant told me its “unreversible” and they can’t find out who it is on my own and he can’t stop it on his side and that I have to go to NP Legal1 and ask them to stop. As a reputable bank known for high security measures i don’t understand how this got authorised without it being confirmed with me on top of that it was made in reversible ?

Please help urgently to stop this payment and put my hard earned money back into my account.
