I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Mmatlou for the excellent service she provided me this week. Mmatlou works at the foreign exchange counter and she helped me send money to a relative via Moneygram. I have not always been pleased with the service I receive at banks. However, Mmatlou's professionalism and positive attitude quickly exceeded my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.
