Notice payout query

I received the bad service ever from lucky maluleke at investment department who’s said my investment notice has expired meanwhile my notice was paid out today and it’s still the 20th but they are saying they cannot return the funds instead I should pay the fee for the immediate payout..I am really disappointed with Standardbank and their stupid system!
