I HAVE FUNDS DUE TO BE RELEASED TODAY FROM MY NOTICE ACCOUNT (***), 20TH SEPTEMBER BUT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RELEASED UP UNTIL NOW! I HAVE BILLS TO PAY!!
