Nothing 'prestige' about THIS banker!

We have been using Portia Kgokong at the Northcliff Standard Bank branch as our Prestige Banker and have waited nearly over two weeks for a simple email response regarding our home loan application (which is already approved thanks to another staff member at the branch assisting us). She previously made errors on my husband's cheque account AND credit card but assured us this would not happen again. She is absolutely unprofessional. As longstanding clients of Standard Bank, my husband and myself are considering taking all five of our accounts AND our (sizeable) home loan elsewhere should we not be allocated a new, COMPETENT Prestige Banker within 48 hours of this post. Most disappointing and there is nothing 'prestige' about this particular banker.
