"Nothing great was ever made by mistake" How about Implantable Pacemaker/Slinky/Penicillin/Play-Doh/Chocolat Chip Cookies/Velcro/ Popsicles/Super Glue/Potato Chips/Silly Putty/Microwave Ovens/Saccharin/Fireworks/Scotchgard/Corn Flakes/LSD (as a drug)/Ink-Jet Printers/Post-it Notes/X-Rays/Teflon/Champagne/Chewing Gum/Coca Cola/Dynamite/Matches/Viagra/Safety Glass/Quinine/Dry Cleaning/Vulcanized Rubber/Vaseline/Ice Cream Cones/Botox/Tea Bags/Safety Pin/Bubble Wrap etc. etc. etc.
