Not updating ITC after account was settled

I have been under debt review and my accounts were settled and the debt counselor provided them with a clearance certificate dated 01 August 2013. All the credit providers and credit bureaus were informed and provided with the clearance certificate. I have recently tried to obtain credit from several credit providers who declined me because my Standard Bank accounts have not been updated on Experian. I have done an ITC check on Transunion and Experian, but on Experian my credit records showed that my Standard Bank accounts are not fully paid and actually reflected in arrears. This has a serious effect on my credit record for the following few years. The debt counselor did contact STB and spoke to THANDISO who confirmed the update will be done and will take up to 8 days, which is still not done. I want this to be resolved asap. STB must update my credit records, provide me with proof that it's been done and also provide me with a letter stating this was a mistake on their side and that my accounts were paid up in 2013 and that they have neglected to update my credit record. Also note I have lodged a complaint with the NCR.
