Not updating Home Loan Balance
Half of my home loan was settled on the 04/3/2021.
My credit score still indicates the original home loan amount which is now impacting my affordability and score as it still indicates that I am paying the original bond instalment amount.
Considering that it has been more than a year, I am not sure why the outstanding home loan balance has not been updated.
Can you please have this updated to reflect the current outstanding balance.
