Not Unblocking my account

Standard bank Froze my account without me knowing about it. No one smsed me or called me to tell me that I need to Fica again after a year of opening my account. My account was frozen by 9 March and I only found out 25 March about it. Now when I take my letters to the branch they say my letters are not FICA approved letters. I phoned the call centre and tried to unfreeze my account so that I can make payments and it wasnt done either. Now I must pay rent and buy prepaid electricity as my electricity ran out and GUESS what It is still frozen!!!! I am disgusted to my core!! I CANT BELEIVE THIS! I CANT EVEN ACCESS MT OWN MONEY TO PAY MY THINGS BUT ********* CAN ACCESS WHAT THEY WANT TO IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!!
