NOT RESERVING MAILED STATEMENTS
I HAVE BEEN TO THE CENTURY CITY BRANCH TWICE ASKING THEM TO CORRECT IT AND EVERY TIME THEY SAY THE MAIL OPTION WAS NOT TICKED & THAT THEY ARE CORRECTING IT , BUT YET I AM STILL NOT RECEIVING IT .I CANNOT CONSTANTLY BE GOING IN AND RESOLVING 'NOTHING' .
