Not receiving statements since July 2020

I purchased a vehicle through Standard Bank in July last year and till today I am still not receiving any monthly statements from them via email. I have called several times, I have sent emails and even went to the Standard Bank at the Overport branch in Durban but still I am not getting any help. All I get told is that I will definitely get a statement at the end of the month but nothing. I regret not taking the vehicle finance through my bank because Standard Bank’ service is very poor.
