NOT RECEIVED MY CONTRACT

I have spoken to various people in regards to my contradictory contract I signed in 2004, I needed a copy as I was given a 6 months package, and human RESOURCES, then submitted me a certificate of service., however it stated on there that I resigned. I find it difficult to pursue my career due to this, and have been out of pocket for 8 years , due to the fact that the company refuses to give me references and my contract witch I believe was a restraint of trade. Gabriella only gave me 5 min to sign the contract, and wanted me to leave. There was no indicating as to what I have done wrong, witch in the interim caused confusion, whenever I apply for other positions. I was treated real bad, and was asked to leave. But have no idea why. I was told that my file is in archive. however no one has been able to send it to me yet. If this matter is to attended to, I will have no choice but to escalated it to an advocate at the high court for ruling.
