Not properly informed by the bank
Good morning I've took out a loan last year September from Standard Bank and they offer me a Revolving loan instead a Personal loan. They didn't explain to me that of my premium of R3226 only R780 would to my actual loan and the rest would go to interest and fees. I've paid off almost R28000 of which lest then R4000 go to my actual loan. I am not stupid if they would have explain to me that only R780 would go to the loan. I would have never taken the loan.
