Not practicing in good faith

I’m a registered debt counsellor, I had client app**** for debt review having a vehicle account from Standardbank. We received an acceptance letter from standardbank confirming the re arrangements made by the debt counsellor. After 4Months the bank sent a termination letter while the client was paying as per the arrangement, claiming that they accepted the proposal we sent in error therefore the client should pay all the amount or else they repossess the vehicle

The bank went further to obtain a court order without serving the client with summons, their process only took one month to obtain a court order of which was all *******. I reported them to Ombudsman but they are untouchable. For one to be safe with your finances never go for financial assistance from this bank.
