Not poor service - rather NO SERVICE

I changed my surname almost 10 years. I tried to change my accounts at Standard Bank to the new name. I have been from pillar to post and bent over backwards to issue the correct paperwork, I even went back to home affairs to accomodate their request. In the meantime EVERYONE else has changed the name on my paperwork without any problems. My annuities, my medical aid - Even the TRAFFIC department changed the name on my drivers license without me even asking for it!!. My car was financed by NEDBANK, on my surname and although they queried the difference in names between my bank account and my ID - all they needed was a copy of my divorce certificate. Surely, if my ID reflects my new surname this should be enough. I went into the bank AGAIN and gave in all of my paperwork including the divorce certificate. I was told that I need to email a copy of the divorce certificate to Khumalo, Nondumiso NN ********** I did this and she told me that there would be not confirmation of the name change, but that the next statement would be in the new name. NOT so! When I sent a query to STD information and cc'd her, 2 weeks later, she told me that the certificate was blurred! Standard Bank info promises to reply within 48 hours, but they have not! Perhaps it is time to change banks? I cannot accept such POOR customer service.
