Not paying salaries to other banks

Yet again another outage. The bank that is known as the 'pay day outage' bank. Always some technical issue. So many people have not received their salaries and it's already almost 4pm, where people were supposed to wake up this morning with their salaries in their accounts. Unacceptable.
