Not Moving Forward At All
On the 1st of February a client made various payments from Standard Bank and none of those payments have cleared. Been going back and forth from from Standard Bank and the other Banks and still nothing. No help. This has been a huge inconvenience to do my work for said client and Standard Bank is not helping at all. I'm at a point to advice my client to take his business somewhere else today!!!

Kindly be advised payments from one agent bank to another takes 2-3 business days to clear. Payments from one Standard bank account to another takes up to 24 hrs to clear.
