Not keeping to an verbal quotation

Last week I started the process of financing a vehicle with via Ford Aurinia Auto Pretoria. The best quote was called through on the 4th of May.
The quote was for a repayment of R1760-00 and a stunning interest rate of 10%. I accepted immediately as I needed the vehicle urgently.
When I went to receive the car and sign all the needed paper work and agreements I was notified that due to a system fault, Standard Bank changed the agreement I had agreed upon. The repayment jumped to R1900+ and the interest rate jumped to 14%.
As far as I know if I am quoted I can stand on this price and Ford Aurinia Auto said they tried everything in their power but Standard Bank would not give me the first agreed upon rate and repayment plan.

I just became a client of Standard Bank and I have a sour taste in my mouth if I think of the way you are treating people. I sincerely hope that this issue can be sorted and that I can get feedback from the bank, on why you are allowed to change a verbal agreement at your comfort causing me, your client sleepless nights and wondering if I made the right choice to choose you as a financial institution.
