Not helpful

I am a loyal customer of standard bank, tried to get debt consolidation through them as I had a recent drop in salary, 70 percent of my debt is with standard bank they still refused to help me, told me I must try debt review. They are quick to give credit but do not offer help, I am moving banks as I am dine with there **** service.

I have emailed the consultant that dealt with my debt consolidation application, he informed me I am over indebted , but I am short R5000 in debt to standard bank to get consolidation, this is out of a balnce of almost R600 000 owed to them, I have asked lebogang at the debt centre for the calculation, and know reply. This is the worst service and I am soon to be was a prestige banking client
