Not happy with the way Standardbank operates

Hi i'm so angry i'm in arrears with my loan account as i was retrench and find a new job with less pay so i made arrangements with them today someone from Standbank called me and tells me that they see there is money in my bank account can they take it who gives them the right to go into my bank account even if i bank with them thats my privacy i told that lady the money was for my policy and it was paid in for me from someone els but my problem is what gives them the right to go into my account without my consent

Im so angry today someone called me again and ask me can they transfer money from my personal account to loan account loan account was paid on 25th and i want to know why do they go into my personal account without my consent
