not happy with response to atm takking my money

<p>on the 14th of this month at 1.30-1.33pm i putR3000 (30xR100)into atm machine to bank into my account ********** 19 plaston cafe for debit orders to come out on monday .i put the money in and machine jammed .after waitting for twenty moinutes the security gaurd there told me i have to phone the hotline number which i did and reported it .i reported agian on the 15th ,but my money is still not in my account .</p>
