not happy with feedback or service

<p>on the 8th of december i tried to insert money by the self help atm .i put 27x100 rands as a direct deposit on machine e147 in white river .The machine jammed ,and i went into bank to ask for assistance .the ref they gave me is ********** 649 .my account number is ********** 19.can i please get my money back as my debit orders are about to come out on the 15th and i wont have money .this is very urgent .so far im not happy with no service and no one phonning me to give feedback of what is happening !!!!!!!!</p>
