NOT HAPPY STANDARD BANK INSURANCE!

We have cancelled our Standardbank insurance and requested that the monies be refunded to us. Still awaiting feedback. Our banker managed to refund 1 premium, but the other monies is still not paid back. Not happy at all.

I have requested that my premiums be paid back to me, but are just ignored. If a policy was cancelled, why can my premiums not be refunded to me! It seems like anyone can take money at any time from your bank and you cannot do a thing about it!!!!!!!!!! The feedback received thus far is NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL!

Oh my goodness!!!! Still waiting. If my money is not refunded into my bank i will now follow to Ombudsman.

Still waiting for my premiums to be refunded. If not done today i shall contact the Ombudsman.
