Not happy
This morning I called Standard Bank as I needed to access funds from my account I was placed on hold for 30 min because they needed to get another consultant only for the line to cut and not be called back , beeen calling till now now answer even call back , I’m from the bank 30 min ago when it was my turn to be assisted a white man started screaming and I was left like that for him to be attended I’m so disappointed in this I hope by today Standard Bank will resolve the issue as I need my money
