Not happy at all standard bank services

Since I reported an issues on the 28th that i even have a reference number that i will be resolved on the 9th i wasn't last week I phoned they said 24 hours i waited today i phoned again am being told 48 hours.....if someone withdraw money it means the person want to use it,and am running out of patients because you keep on saying after 10days ,after 24hours then now is 48hours soon this hours will turn in another 10days...am not happy with this savices at all
