NOT HAPPY

Good Evening.

While people are out there minding their own businesses i am here writing this complaint. For starters, i have also registered my unhappiness on twitter and even sent a direct message but to no avail. Here is my dispute, i am done paying for my vehicle and i am told my papers are with the sunnyside side branch and when i go to the branch, they tell they do not have the said papers. This resulted in me calling again, and i was AGAIN told to go to sunnyside branch. All this costs me my time and energy. I also voiced my disappointment in the way my query was handled at the said branch and nobody has responded to me to with a way forward. Regarding the papers, all this is documented. I am tired..I am contactable here . ***
