Not HAPPY

I logged an application with you guys more than a week ago. it was approved. then when reading through the pre-agreement quote today i see it says subject to the sale and cancellation of the of the bond with the SA post office? I do not have a bond with the SA post office and i did not know that they issued bonds. I do not want to sell any of my other properties. I advised this many times to the first and second consultant i was dealing with. now when calling in to an agent who was very confused she advised that she needs to escalate the issue and that this will take FIVE DAYS!!!! I want this to be finalized immediately please. You consult that called me back also never called me back. I am not a happy customer as i just spent 28 minutes on the phone trying to resolve this issue.
