Not granting EFT limit

On 11/04 I went to the branch and ask them to increase my EFT limit cos I needed to transfer a lump sum. I specifically asked them to add that amount on top of my current monthly limit. That was done, I received SMS confirming the temporal increase and also received SMS confirming that my limit has been bought back to my monthly limit. Two weeks later, I tried doing transfers and realised that I can't because I've reached my limit. I went back to the branch and asked to give me a limit and again specifically asked them to give me the limit will be active until 30/04. That was done and I got SMS confirmation . Today it's 26/04 I can't perfom any transfers because I've reach my limit. I'm tied of going to this branch cos they can't help me with my request.
