Not good enough Standard Bank

Between 30 May and 7 June someone **********ly bought what seems to be 3g data on my mother's bank account with Standard Bank. We noticed this and reported the issue to Standard Bank. We even got a reference number from their ***** division. It wasn't huge amounts. In total just over R500. The problem is two fold. Standard Banks stated that it wouldbe about 6 working days to resolve. We are now at 11 working days. Now R500 isn't much, but in her case it is 12% of her total income. The worst part is, these ********** kept trying after we had drawn all the money left in the account. Three times they tried. Three times Standard Bank rejected this for insufficient funds. Then, believe it, or not the Bank charged R7.50 per transaction declined. These charges totalling R22.50 took the account into the red by R15.75. Lo and behold, the Bank then charges her R30.00 for exceeding her limit. So, the ********* ripped her off by R530 odd and then the Bank in its wisdom added R52.50 to the ***********! Come on Standard Bank, surely not!
