Not giving me student loan for studies

I am trying to apply for a student loan to finance my civil engineering diploma through UNISA, The closing date for fees is 30 January 2016, and I do not have the funds to finance my studies.<br> My first attempt was on 21 December 2015. <br> <br> On 07 January 2016 I tried once more, but now the Tax invoices from Unisa are apparently not proof enough of registration. The tax invoices have my name and the course details on them. My name also appears on the UNISA Admission<br> <br> I just want to know what it takes to get a student loan from Standard Bank or is it impossible? Should I just give in and finance all my studies through my credit cards at 3 times the interest rate of a student loan? <br> Also I have and existing Credit card and Overdraft with standard bank, And i cannot obtain any further loans, loan I have a proven payment record
