Not Getting the 'Paid Up' letter on accounts paid
I phoned the debt review department and asked for discounted settlement figures on my overdraft and credit card, which I received wonderfully quickly.

I then settled both accounts in the period asked (I was given 5 days on the credit card and 24 hours on the overdraft.) the money reflects in both accounts as paid timeously.

Then I received an e-mail on the overdraft account saying that there was an unsettled balance of the difference between their settlement figure and the original total. I re-contacted them, and they acknowledged the payments, but said they had not received my mail for the paid up letter. I had sent this with proof of payment and proof of the discounted figure on Thursday. this was Monday. I re-sent and they 'only got one of the accounts requested' which is strange, as both were sent both times. The 3rd time I spoke to them, they 'found' the other attachment which had been on both mails. previously sent.

I have now separated the mails, and re-sent again.... we will see....

I still do not have the paid up letter!!! (Hopefully it comes through today?) without it the debt review cannot be finalized.
