Not getting SMS notifications

All of a sudden I am not getting SMS's when I sign into internet banking. I have been trying for two days (3 phone calls and just hold on and hold on and hold on) and the call back feature doesnt work. I have reported it on Facebook. I am now holding on over 20 minutes when your answering service said 10 minutes. This is my 3rd complaint in 3 weeks. I really do not want to have to go and wait in the bank for over two hours again. What is going on with Standard Bank?? The service is just so bad these days. Please can someone sort this out and get back to me.
