NOT GETTING HELP FROM STANDARD BANK

I am a loyal customer of Standard bank since i was less than 15 years and my late father too was loyal to them and trusted them with every cent he had. I wrote here before concerning the log book of my late dad’s car that was financed by standard bank. They called me and requested some documents and i gave they everything that they needed and acknowledged the receipt and promised to came back to me, up until today they never communicated with me or responded to my emails. Im very disappointed.. what do i do when the situation is like this?
