Not getting back to me!!! should i then close my account?
Good day- I have been waiting more than a day now for someone to call me back regarding my personal loan, every time I phone I get put on hold for 30 minutes- makes me wonder if I should not rather close my account and open a new one with another bank who would be willing to assist.
